Ladder & Stairwells Guards
Ladder Guards are the ideal deterrent to unauthorised climbing of site ladders. The following are our two most popular sizes of Ladder Guards, although they can be made to suit your requirements.
Manufactured from 2.5mm aluminium sheet or from Galvanised Mild Steel they are 1400mm long by either 250mm or 325mm wide, although other widths and lengths can be made to measure. Supplied with a DANGER – KEEP OFF warning sticker attached, they can be quickly secured to the ladder for locking into position with a padlock that is fitted with common keys.
Stairwell Guards are used by many of the leading national house builders to assist with site safety.
An economical and quick to install temporary protection barrier that will cordon off work areas where personnel or materials need protection. There are three models available:
STANDARD – Used on straight runs
CORNER – Used on 90 Degree corners
‘L’ TYPE – Where a 90 Degree dog leg angle is required
Fork Extensions
Secured to the truck by heel pin fixing, our heavy duty fork extensions are the ideal solution to stabilising large loads and can provide you with the opportunity to extend the functionality of your fork lift truck. Lifting jibs, fork mounted hooks, scoops and fork extensions can all be customised to suit your individual requirements.
Work Platforms
Our 1 man and 2 man WORK PLATFORMS have a full height back panel to ensure operator safety from chains and mast of forklift.
When used with a fork lift truck, these units are built to comply with current safety guidelines and manufactured from heavy gauge steel and fully welded construction.
Forks are located in two heavy duty channels and secured in position by a heel pin provided.
Gas Bottle Cages
Available in any practical length or width, these completely enclosed high gas bottle cages can have fork pockets and a drop down ramp fitted for easy storage of the gas bottles, and can be finished in any RAL colour.
