Stroud based Chalford Skips & Site Safety have been designing, developing and supplying fork lift tipping skips for over 25 years, and with a satisfied customer base of over 1,300 clients we supply all the major house builders and many large manufacturers with our skips, and a large range of other site safety products.
As well as the 3 standard models which can be supplied from 0.5 to 3.0 cu yd’s, and either in 3mm or 5mm material, and a GENERAL WASTE TIPPING SKIP (GWTS) for basic waste segregation, we have also manufactured a large number of specific skips for specialist applications.
Chalford Autolock Telehandler Tipping Skips
Responding to requests from a number of our customers for a tipping skip which is suitable for telehandler operators to use safely, we recently launched our now extremely popular CHALFORD AUTOLOCK TELEHANDLER TIPPING SKIP, which eliminates the need for the telehandler driver to get out of his cab, to secure the skip onto the forks.
Satisfying a number of health & safety issues, the skips have been designed to increase efficiency on site and reduce risks, by allowing the driver to remain in his cab at all times and are manufactured to the same high standard as all our forklift tipping skips.They have a solid 3mm tank and 5mm base, and are fitted with a hydraulic ram, which locks the skip onto the forks of the telehandler, instead of using a safety chain, and can be supplied painted any RAL colour to suit your waste segregation requirements at no extra cost.
